| Hello, I have an 10 year old, well-kept, home in Central Nanaimo. I am seeking another female interested in renting a room in a larger home. Another working professional or mature student who also lives a happy and healthy lifestyle. I have been renting, living with others in this way for 6+ years. The house is well set up for two people to function separate while enjoying good company. Must be a dog person as I do have three year old lovely dog. We are active and usually on the go. Sharing regular household chores is part of the rental agreement. Floors, dusting and main bathroom. The house is 2.5 baths. The house is fully furnished. The room can be unfurnished or furnished. There is a small amount of storage which would be available to you in the garage. I have installed extra shelves in several of the closets in the home. I am looking for references. 3 is preferred. I have an application form that I will send you and then a room rental agreement to be signed if we decide we’re a good living match. In the aggrement I will be asking for 2 months notice and if you see it as a benefit a 6 months lease.
