With unmonitored surveillance. Several shared covered and in a wind lee patios for quiet use anytime. Laundry shared but available 8am-8pm/7days/W with a second W/D available for emergency backup (Owners private laundry due to allergies so some obvious conditions apply). Smoking for guests or yourself is outside only. It is a SEVERE ALLERGIES issue. Walking distance to V.I.U. parks, and down town. Uncovered bicycle lockup area with video surveillance. "Mascot" small dog in house. "Lili," lives upstairs and can be invited in anytime. Rent $850.00 + $425 security deposit. This includes utilities like laundry, power, cable, "common" cleaning supplies like paper towel, Windex, dishsoap and of course wireless internet is also included.
