| Sorry, I had the wrong date, it is for May 1st I have a room that is becoming available, for rent in my home. It is easy to live here. You will have privacy and quiet, and with the spaciousness of your room, you will feel comfortabe and at ease. It has been a joy to have had people from all over the world renting from me, these last 5 years. I have a very large home. I am looking for a tenant that will be a great fit as it has always been nice that everyone has always fit in, so well, so far. The kitchen and laundry room are very easily shared. Wifi, parking and utilities are included. Small deposit is required. I am located in Mill Bay. 15 minutes to Duncan, and 20 to Langford. Mill Bay Centre is 5 minutes away.
