Provincial Park And the city of Maple Ridge. Easy access to transit, downtown, close to all amenities, and Simon Fraser University I am at 50 year old gay male (widowed). I work for the Vancouver school board and the Shadbolt centre for the arts. Expectations of the tenants are pretty simple. Be respectful, pay rent on time, clean up after yourself, make sure your space is clean, and the rest we can discuss. I do not do drugs or drink alcohol. I am pet friendly. |
