| Hello, I've got a house to share, it's a 3 bdrm 2.5 bath house. The whole house will be shared with myself. Price is $1500/month, all inclusive. Shared kitchen, laundry, and private bathroom. I have 2 dogs, super friendly and cuddly. One is a pitski who will warm up to you once she knows you. And a chocolate lab who will fall in love with any human within 15 seconds. Utilities and 2 gig internet included. House has a huge backyard, pool, charcoal bbq, induction range, and dishwasher. Parking on the street. Large living room with surround sound speakers, fully furnished home. Looking for full time employed person only. Preferably non-smoker (I dont care about weed as long as you smoke it outside). No heavy drinking or drug use. Me: 36 year old carpenter/contractor. Clean, friendly, quiet, really easy going. *please note, the room can be furnished or unfurnished* |
