| AVAILABLE FROM DEC 1 Private furnished room on a hobby farm Utilities included 2 mins away from hwy 1 and 264 st exit We have farm animals and dogs so you must be okay with animals because the animals free roam the property at day time. Unfortunately, my dogs aren’t good with other dogs so i can’t allow pets. Can’t risk getting an animal injured since my dogs are rather large size. We work full time so home is pretty quiet most of the time. There is no transit in this area so having your own vehicle is a must. Common spaces (kitchen, living room, washroom) are shared. Chores are shared. Each person cleans the house (floor, kitchen, stairs, washroom) once a week. |
