| The cost is $1400 plus utilities (estimated to be between $50-100, depending on the time of year and of usage). About me: I’m a (female) PhD student in veterinary sciences. I am laid back, open minded, and fairly clean. It’s not a party house but I’m happy to have gatherings and such! I also have a senior Labrador receiver and 5 year old cat! Both are friendly and sleep most of the day! Unfortunately I cannot accept other pets due to the landlord rules and anxiety with my dog. The house has three spacious rooms upstairs and one shared bathroom. The house includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, fireplace, and I will get a microwave, toaster, kettle and other basic things once there. No smokers due to my allergies and landlord rules! |
