Available for up to 10 months, this peaceful abode offers walkable proximity to all Kimberley services and stunning trails just outside. Mark Creek adds to the natural beauty just steps from the front door. Lots of wildlife and outdoor activities right here. I’m looking for a kind, sober soul who respects vegetarianism and shares a love for the outdoors. Ideally, you are deeply committed to your work, are passionate about the outdoors, and cherish community life. In return for affordable rent, you’ll find a loving, caring, and safe environment where you can truly unwind. You will be sharing a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with one other person. Tasteful furnishings are provided for your use in all rooms, keeping with the modern miner vibe. The finished basement is available for storage of sports equipment, bikes, and tools. There are two extra bedrooms and one zen den for yoga, meditation, or as a work-from-home space. The island kitchen is wonderful for cooking and hanging out, is fully stocked with cookware, kitchen appliances, Kureg and espresso machines. Pets and smoke of any kind are not welcome, but you are! This is a tranquil, loving home. As such, I will be conducting thorough background checks, verifying income, and confirming rental history. Monthly rental can begin anytime, but preferably after September 1, and will be available until June 30, 2025. Details: Rent will include half of the fixed utilities and half of the variable utilities. Security deposit is one full month’s rent. Foul or abusive language is not welcome. Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. Strict adherence to shared space guidelines will be enforced and contravention will result in the termination of the agreement. This is a month to month agreement. As such, either party can cancel the agreement with sixty days notice. The agreement will Terminate on June 30. There is no clause to renew as the homeowner’s family is moving in to the property July 1, 2025. |
