We are looking for a nice family to rent our home to in townsite. 3 bedrooms and a bath upstairs, master with ensuite on the main. Wood stove insert in the open concept living room/ kitchen. Large garage (30x24?). Private backyard with tall cedar fence, privacy hedge in the front yard. Close to LP elementary, triangle park, and the skating rink. Brand new windows, insulation, siding, and roof. If you are a family looking for 3+ bedrooms, there just aren’t a lot of these around. 1 year lease, well behaved dogs may be considered. The only caveat is that I’d like to rent the upstairs out and keep the renter in the basement suite (quiet, older lady who is only there 4-5 months out of the year).
