The transit bus also stops in front of the house, so it's great if you are a student or a young professional. Right next to hiking/biking trails, and the Kamloops Wildlife Park. What's included: A private spacious bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed, closet, desk, and window coverings. You need to only bring your personal belongings. A shared kitchen. A shared bathroom. A shared living room with a Smart TV. Loundry facility. All shared spaces are kept in pristine cleanliness. Parking space. All utilities are included. Optic wifi. Currently there are 2 other students staying. Everyone is quiet, courteous, and clean. It is a professional environment. Rent is month to month. No lease or contract, only a 30 day courtesy notice.
