| Offering my space in a large and beautiful cooperative home for 6 months, up to 1 year, possibly longer. Experience living with some good, friendly and laid back folks who live an extended family lifestyle, with lots of private and personal space. We've a large shared kitchen as well as other spacious common areas, and we have most dinners together. You'd cook once a week for the house, and participate in taking care of a home (taking out garbage, recycling, compost; cleaning up after yourself etc.) We also have a large garden. You may be interested in the experience, and/or if you like it, want to invest in co-ownership of the home to build your community living savvy and equity, or just have the experience of, and contribute to, this beneficial and supportive lifestyle. In addition to the monthly rent is $330/ month for food, which is also purchased cooperatively. |
