| Hello, me and my roommate are looking for a third roommate for our townhouse starting in the next year. Rent will be $800 per month and $50 per month for utlities. There is also a $175 deposit. The room is 8x8ft with free reign of the kitchen and living room. We are looking for someone a bit older (mid 20s+) and looking for a long term arrangement (at least 1-2 years). Must be someone that likes cats as we have 2. Sadly we can't accept more pets though. We're alao into things like video games, DnD, and anime. So someone with similar interests is a plus.
