| Quiet working/student couple looking for one or two people to rent a room in a shared rental house downtown. Available from Dec 15 or Jan 1, $950 for two people plus 1/2 utilities(internet, hydro, gas, typically not more than $100/person/month total), or $800 for one person plus 1/4 utilities, as there may be one other person staying with us downstairs. We are looking for someone relatively quiet and tidy, lgbtq+ friendly, and good communication is very important! Guests and get togethers are welcome within reason, this is a nice place for hosting small events and suppers. Shared bathroom/kitchen/laundry. There is additional storage in the basement, as well as a few desk/working spaces in the basement, and side room we are just in the process of clearing out more. There is also a large empty bookshelf in the living room for you as well :) Outside is a decent front and backyard with garden boxes, patio and garden swing. Dog friendly but since we dont currently have any, pet deposit is 1200 half the whole house rent still. Hypoallergenic cats may be okay as well. Right next to the petro-can and a 15min walk to lansdowne exchange. Deposit would be required, and references are reccomended. If there are any questions feel free to ask as well : ) |
