| This bright two bedroom basement suite in Juniper West is a short walk to the bus stop and parks in the neighborhood, it is also a short drive down to Highway 1. The house backs onto the gas line trail in Juniper giving access to endless hiking and mountain biking. The unfurnished suite has its own stacking washer and dryer, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. Wi-Fi can be included, and the hot water and Hydro is 1/3 of the total Hydro bill for the house since there is electric heat downstairs. The suite has plenty of windows supplying it with lots of daylight. It has its own separate entrance and parking in the driveway for one vehicle. No smoking no pets and no partying in the suite, loud noise is discouraged since we have a young family. Our preference is to have no more than two people living in the suite. References are required, and mature, responsible renters only. Thanks. |
