There is a common room next to it with a full size bathroom, couch, coffee table, fridge, shelves and bar height table with chairs shared with another mature student along with a private side entrance to the house. Inc with rent is all utilities, high speed internet, use of the laundry and use of the kitchen, you will need your own items for cooking, cleaning, eating etc so cupboard space will be provided in the kitchen.
