| Looking to sublease our cabin for the remainder of our lease - March and April with the option to extend into May. Located in the Blaeberry Valley, it's surrounded by beautiful mountains, creeks and the Blaeberry river. 1 hour in each direction to access world class ski touring in Lake Louise and Rogers Pass, tons of XC skiing in the area. 20 min drive to town. The cabin itself has 1 large bedroom and 1 room upstairs with 2 double beds, as you can see in the photos its smaller and you're unable to stand up in it. It has a bathroom with a stand up shower, electric heating and 2 wood stoves and speedy starlink internet. There's ample parking, depending on snow conditions AWD is nice to have. The driveway is 400m and plowing of the snow is the responsibility of the tenant. |
