| Looking to Rent an Independent (Private) room in a 2 bedroom basement on October 1st (you can move in earlier if interested) near Braid station. There is a good sized closet and even with this being a basement, it’s ground level with lot of sunlight in your room. There are two buses near by; bus 153 and 156 connecting to braid, Lougheed and Coquitlam central and Burquitlam. Close to ikea, cineplex/zone bowling, restaurant and grocery stores (all in walking distance). About 20mins to SFU. Laundry facilities are available in the house. Looking for a housemate, who is adaptable, clean/tidy and responsible (respect boundaries). Making a fun, friendly, welcoming and peaceful environment. NOTE: You cannot smoke on this property and no pets allowed. As for me I am a female working full time as a technical sales specialist with Roger’s. I am a friendly person who respects boundaries with housemates. I enjoy listening to music, working out, reading books, and i’m currently learning how to sew. Also, I’m very keen on being tidy and respecting people space. I enjoy cooking as well.
