Fantastic location; Austin Heights/West Coquitlam. -5min bus ride to Lougheed station. -1min walk to bus stop. -5 min walk to coffee/bank/shopping/parks 1100.00 based on ONE person occupancy. 2.ppl=1500.00 It's definitely big enough for two people. I do have another bed. This is not a sublet, rather a very large and bright space which includes a microwave, Kettle, rice cooker, toaster oven, and hot plate elements for small quick meals. This entire room is for rent. It's private and quiet. We are very clean, quiet, and friendly but also private and keep to ourselves. We have our rooms upstairs. I have adult homestay students here. They are very kind. We meal share/plan together to save money. You are fully sustainable on the ground level, but you certainly can participate in the meal sharing with us if you like. We eat very well. My home rules ensure your privacy. We basically only access ground level to do laundry, but your door can be closed and locked for additional privacy. You have a lock on the main door. There is another self sustainable suite on the ground level as well currently being occupied by a young Korean male. Very clean, quiet, and lovely. He works fulltime Monday to Friday. Occasionally, you may run into him, but you both have your own private spaces. He has his own kitchen and shower. The ground level toilet, which you can use, is in a seperate room from his shower, so essentially, you will share a toilet together for convenience on the ground level, but your main washroom and shower will be upstairs. You will have access to both washrooms. This space is big enough for a small pet with a pet deposit and a responsible owner. I currently have 2 indoor/outdoor female cats. We love animals here. We garden. The property is over 8 thousand Sq feet of beautifully landscaped yard and gardens. Fire pit out back and a massive old red cedar tree. Please give a brief description about yourself including your age, reason for moving, and your work/school schedule. Where do you get your income to pay rent? Unfortunately, this space is not suited for someone working exclusively fulltime remotely from home. A part time home based work schedule will be considered. You must please provide a clear local criminal record check from RCMP if you are successful in securing this big room. I have additional photos and videos. |
