The bedroom is furnished with a single bed. There is a shared living room, a small kithchenette and bathroom. No stove in the kitchen but full size fridge, microwave, toaster ovew and a hot plate. All kitchen ware and bedding, towels etc. included $1100/ month all utilities and internet included There is a possibility for trading some work I would need 4 hours per week to help out around the house, feed chickens, clean the yard etc. and I'll pay you $300 so your rent could be $800 Large property, lots of parking space No pets and no smoking inside, smoking outside and on the pation is ok Renting for 6 month, monh to month is okay Looking for someone quiet, I live upstairs and I'm very quiet, and also the other guy.
