This rental is in a prime location between country club mall and long lake all errands can be done on foot On street parking available All utilities included In suite laundry Storage available Backyard access with fire-pit table and chairs Covered walkway into house with lights Kitchen is pre equipped with any utensils or dishes you will ever need Living room is pre furnished and comes with free Netflix You would have your own bathroom with a walk in shower and ofcourse your own private bedroom located right outside of the kitchen upstairs Me and my partner are located in the downstairs room Joey works from 11-8 Monday to Friday and I am currently a student attending VIU If this rental seems to be a good fit for you please send me a message and some brief information about yourself.
