Rent: $1,000/month Move-in Date: December 1 Location: Close to Burnaby Hastings Shopping Centre and bus stops for the R5, 129, and 160 routes. About the Home: • Upper-level house with friendly basement neighbors. • Pet policy: We are no longer accepting new pets. The new tenant must be comfortable with and get along well with our friendly German Shepherd mix. • In-house laundry for convenience. • Utilities are approximately $100/month in winter, and Wi-Fi is $24 per person. • A cozy front yard with a koi pond – perfect for relaxing! • No smoking indoors, but the yard and porch are smoker-friendly.
