You will find grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and more shopping on Hastings Street. Transit on Eton St., (5 min walk) and Hastings St. (10 min walk). Close to Hwy 1, SFU, BCIT. Free street parking in front of the house. Brentwood Mall is a 10-minute drive. It is close to parks and walking trails, Eileen Daily Community Center which has a pool and a gym, and McGill Public Library with a running track in front of it. This long-term rental is available on August 1, 2024. There are no pets allowed and no smoking. Rent is $1000/month plus a portion of utilities. There is a kitchenette; it includes a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, dishes, and utensils. There is a coffee maker, kettle, linens, a TV, and more in the room. Summer is here and the back garden has seating areas for you to enjoy the warm weather. A completed application form with references from your landlord/property owner, and employer, as well as personal references, damage deposit, credit check, and picture ID, are required to reserve the room.
