Comfortable & affordable – Your new home is newly furnished and nicely decorated and only $1200/month. There’s free heat, hot water, electricity, laundry and high-speed dual band Wi-Fi. Everything is provided - mattress, bedding, desk, chair, closet & dresser. Laundry facility is on site and free. Your door has a lock and key so all you need to do is move in. Easily share the common areas – there is a well-equipped large clean kitchen dinner with a good sized fridge freezer. Everything is easy and fair - there’s an organized and shared (between 2 other roommates) cleaning and recycle schedule, which makes house sharing so simple and easy. If you’re not a clean and tidy person and your unwilling to share in the house cleaning responsibilities you can always employ a cleaner to cover your duties. Live, relax and study - stay as long as you like (five months minimum) in a quiet and happy shared house atmosphere (see map). Late night showering and crashing around in the kitchen, due to working late or whatever, causes issues so if that's a problem this is not the best place for you. Local amenities – The huge Metrotown shopping mall is only six mins walk away. There are local Community Centers, a big library, theatres, plus all manner of restaurants and grocery stores, banks, medical facilities, parks, delivery and restaurants all just 6-9 mins walk away. Metrotown is like a mini downtown Vancouver. Sorry, absolutely no smoking or drugs or pets or subletting/Airbnb etc. Free street parking.
