Fully furnished(single bed, desk, large closet, shelves). The kitchen is shared with 3 nice quiet tidy girls. All the housemates are responsible and respectful ladies, sweet long term tenants, so expect the same from you. We have a house rule: no overnight guest, quiet time is after 11 PM, no dirty dishes left in the sink, everyone cleans the public area once a month by schedule or pay a $30/m cleaning fee. $850/m. Price is negotiable if you are a good fit. Month to month lease. Price includes utilities, wireless internet, and furniture, kitchenware. Also including backyard fruit picking up. We have 5 different kinds of fruit trees: apricot, persimmon, apple, cherry, grape. Beautiful backyard and front yard, nice outdoor furniture. Available Oct 1.
