| We have a single room available in our basement suite looking for a male tenant for minimum 6 months stay. $720 per month including utility, wireless internet and laundry, free parking on driveway. The room will be available from June 29. It is close to BCIT (about 10-minute walking distance), 15 minutes walk to Holdom Skytrain station, easy to access bus #133, #123, #130, #25, #129 and #133, Holdom skytrain station and Brentwood Skytrain station, Hwy #1, Metrotown, Brentwood Mall, Deer Lake, Burnaby Lake, Vancouver, New Westminster, North/West Vancouver and Tri-city, central location, easy to go anywhere. The room is relatively small, a bed, table, chair and closet space basically, and you will share bathroom, kitchen and dinning room with other two male tenants. However, it is clean and neat, laminated floor, window faces south, get sunshine into the room. Please note that pets, smoking, sleepover, parties and drugs are NOT allowed.
