Located by Bayview and Braeside , you are just a few minutes walk from Hastings and Sperling . The R5 bus is very close by to get you heading East or West The room is huge , about 15’x 15’ You will be living with two awesome guys - in early 30s. We are fun, respectful and easy to get along with The kitchen is full of standard appliances , coffee maker and microwave. There is also free laundry. BBQ as well We highly prefer a non-smoker ( no cigarettes) and want no 420 smoking in the room.
