| Hello everyone, We are looking for a female to join us in our bright, spacious, top-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in a residential neighborhood near Brentwood, Burnaby. We are offering a large unfurnished bedroom with a private bathroom and a mountain view, plus access to a shared kitchen, living room, and balcony. This is for a long-term sublet (minimum 1 year). We are a young couple who both work, and we are looking for someone with a regular daytime routine to help create a comfortable, welcoming, and respectful home. What we expect from our new flatmate is also what we offer in return: no smoking, drinking, or drugs; no parties of any kind; and unfortunately, no pets. We value cleanliness in shared spaces, quiet behavior, respect for privacy, honesty, good communication, and mutual trust. The rent is $1,100, which includes all utilities (details will be discussed in person). The room is available for move-in from November 1st, 2024.
