| We have two different furnished rooms for rent near Royal Oak Skytrain station in Burnaby (near Metrotown): Room #1: A spacious basement-furnished room for $870.00 per month including wifi, electricity, heat, and water. The room has its own toilet but the shower is shared outside the room with two other people. Room #2: A spacious master bedroom/private bath/walk in closet for $1200.00 per month on the top floor of the house. These two different rooms are suitable for those who work outside the home and mainly need the rooms to rest. They are ideal for those who do not like cooking. Government issued picture ID, one reference and half a rent security deposit are required. Each room is rented to one person only (no couple please) and they are ideal for those who do not do cooking. The house is located minutes walk to Royal Oak SkyTrain station, Metropolis shopping center, food court, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and public transit. 20 minutes SkyTrain ride to downtown Vancouver, SFU downtown campus, and Surrey Campus 45 minutes bus ride to the UBC Vancouver campus. Absolutely no smoking/vape/marijuana use inside or near the house. Please do not call me if you are a smoker. There is a microwave, and fridge available in the common area of the basement.
