| Available December 1st to male I’m renting a bedroom in a newer 2 bedroom unit located at Royal Oak and Dover. The bedroom (smaller) currently has a single bed and armchair with a closet. The room can come furnished or unfurnished and rent for it will be $800. The other bedroom (bigger) currently has a queen sized bed and and large dresser rent for that one will be $1100. Full kitchen with microwave, convection oven, air fryer and several small cooking appliances, dishes, pots and pans. It has a large bathtub/shower. Rent includes electricity, heat - floor heating, high speed unlimited internet, laundry and off street parking. The Living room has a tv. There is a bbq, patio table, a couch and back yard. I have updated the apartment since I took the photos with my roomate haveing moved out Your roommate is a 29 year old male. Smoking ok outsid and casual drinks ~ no parties. No pets. I don't plan on being here that often so u will have the house to urself alot Are you someone who is a reliable, respectful person looking for a month to month rental close to Metrotown! |
