| Hello! I’m looking for a roommate ( female preferably for saftey reasons but open to a younger male going to school or working full time)to rent out a bedroom/private bathroom in my basement available for move in July-august! I’m in a three bedroom 2 bath home in westmount area, there is a yard, I have 2 dogs ( one small one large ) and one cat. Living room, kitchen and laundry would be common area, for $1000 a month utilities and wifi included in this, it’s an older house so utilities treat you how you treat them, especially in the winter! I don’t think anymore pets in the house would be good for anyone , so I’d prefer it if you didn’t have any. I am 420 friendly ( if it’s outside) and very lgbtq+ friendly as well. 15 minutes from west Ed 10 mins from Nait Close to convenience stores, restaurants, schools/daycares and lots of small businesses. A park near by I’m looking for someone who’s - preferably female but open to possibility - clean - respectful of boundaries - on time with payments - respects the house - is looking for long term 1 yr + - does their part to keep up with garbage and cleaning in the common areas - isn’t a big partier/isn’t loud all hours of the night - doesn’t mind pet hair as it’s inevitable PM me if you’re interested☺️ ( couch and wall hangings in room will obviously be removed ) |
