| Do you want to live close to downtown Calgary and minutes away from the transit? Share a large top floor of a house, on a quiet street, with amazing views of downtown Calgary located in Alberta Park (Memorial & Barlow) and 2 blocks from Franklin station. The room is large and has recently been painted grey, cooler in the summer and faces North. The house has a nice garden and sunny backyard for chilling after work or on the weekends. Rent includes Wi-Fi, a few streaming services, utilities and some storage in the garage, street parking is available. You will be sharing the space with myself, my senior dog, and 1 cat so no other pets are permitted. I am looking for someone that wants to keep a clean home, responsible and respectful of each other and willing to help with help some yard work and shoveling in the winter. I work full-time, I am social, enjoy BBQs, fire pit, and live music. Lead a quiet life during the week but am more social on weekends. If you think you would be a good fit, please apply.
