| 'm looking for a roommate in my 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. The rent is $1050 a month (The house rent is $2100) damage deposit is equal to one month's rent, you get access to the entire house. What you get is the master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite and the main floor (which is pretty much empty). The utilities are split by 3, landlady/me/and whoever signs the lease and Internet is split by 1/2 which is $45 a month. You'll have to fill out an application package and that will be approved by the landlady. The house is located in the Chapelle area, street parking up front. The lease is up for renewal in February, we potentially have the option to renew. Pets are negotiable as per up to the landlady and myself, the room/place is available now. |
