| Description |
| I own a condominium and I have a spare room that I want to rent out. Preferably female, full time student or working. I have a cat so please be aware of that. No more pets are allowed. Utilities will be shared between two of us- wifi and home utilities. Laundry is in unit, we have swimming pool as well. Visitor parking available. Chores and cleaning will be a shared responsibility. Queen mattress, side table in the room. Kitchen/bathroom supplies not to be shared. I am a student as well so quiet environment will be supported. Available from January 2025 first week. It will be month to month agreement. It is 3 mins drive to university, bus stops nearby as well. |
