No problem, he wants your living space comfortable & warm. * There is a bus stop close by & convenience stores. Includes Heat, water, power & internet WI-FI * Full bathroom also on the main level with bathtub. * Beautiful, huge bathroom in the basement with a shower. * Huge Backyard space, to relax on patio chairs & fire pit. (For Bonfires with the housemates or alone) * Private Canada Post Mailbox near the house, the owner distributes the mail. *Basement suite door has its own private lock & key. * Main Doorbell has Telus camera security installed. *Multiple parking space available in front. * Also upstairs is a living room area is shared with TV & couches for relaxation too. Some of the other housemates hang up there. *Kitchen appliance's is also for sharing use, just need to clean afterwards.
