| Older 1936 farmhouse. Was renovated 10 years ago, but has been lived in by a large family and showing lots of wear. Will be repainted and cleaned before renters move in. Will be undergoing renovations if it does not get rented out here right away, but we wanted to offer this if someone was looking for an acreage for the winter, or longer term if they aren’t super picky on the condition of the house. House is cozy, fully finished basement, in home laundry, large kitchen with island and bright windows and pantry, 1 bedroom upstairs (could be 2), 1 full bathroom on the main floor. This could be a 2 bedroom home for a family. All adults wanting to rent must be on lease. You would be sharing the property with home owners, across the farm yard, but you would have your own seperate very large private yard and the ability to have horses. Property is 10 acres, half of which is fully fenced and cross fenced. Landlords have a horse, dogs and cats. You are welcome to bring animals but they must get along with ours, no exceptions. Will be making some improvements to the yard and home in 2025 for the right tenants. Double car, heated garage will available to renters at additional cost, summer 2025. There would be a rental increase with the garage if you want it. Non smoking. House pets permitted, outside animals must be approved on a per case basis.
