The garage is finished and there is room for more shelving. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook or alcoholic could desire. Both rooms have large walk in closets and their own bathroom/showers. A view of the mountains on the west side and the deck is quite private. It is very close to the south health hospital campus and 130th av which has all the stores you could need as well as a new park 2 min walk away as well as several lakes in nearby communities. Quarry Park and the highways are also easy to get to. Feel free to bring furniture as more is needed in new unused basement space. I am extremely easy to get along with.
