| Hello! Me and my partner are looking to get onto an acreage this coming August. I know it’s slim pickings out there which is why I’m beginning my hunt now. We’d need at least 5 acres and an existing horse setup is definitely an asset, but we would be willing to set one up ourselves if you’d be willing to let us. We both grew up on acreages and are no strangers to the responsibility and time they require to stay maintained. We have one medium sized dog that is well behaved and the perfect amount of protective as well as 3 cats who are extremely good at keeping pests out. We would be bringing along horses hence needing the setup or the ability to do one ourselves. Double garage, 2+ bedrooms 2+ bathrooms. Please reach out with anything you might have available this coming summer and I would love to chat! Monthly budget is a little bit flexible to the right place. Close to Sherwood park and/or airport would definitely be ideal!
