| Hi everyone! I’m looking for two roommates; move in available immediately! The place is a spacious 3-bedroom house in Scenic Acres (NW Calgary). It has a lovely large backyard with a deck seating area and gas firepit. There is a two-car garage, as well as driveway and street parking. The house is a 15-20 minute walk to Crowfoot LRT station, but there's a bus stop 1 minute away that goes right to the station! The house is fully furnished, except for the bedrooms. Rent is 800$ with Wi-Fi and utilities included. I’m 23, I recently graduated from U of C, and I'm a very clean, quiet, and easy-going person.
