Rent only $200.00 per month includes utilities, cable, internet etc. for person who will keep the Apartment clean, do my grocery shopping, laundry, run a few errands etc. I can cook my own meals. I am a retired businessman. A senior with minor Heart problems, but I'm mobile and do not need special care. At my age (70's) I want someone here for safety sake. I'm easy to get along with, polite, quiet and respectful with a great sense of humor. There's plenty of job opportunities in Rocky now, but you should have your own vehicle to get to work especially in Winter. No drinking alcohol, no partying.
