| I and my current roommate are looking for a Christian female roommate in her mid to late twenties. Either a working professional or student. There is no smoking, vaping, drugs or pets except fish allowed on the property. Rent is $400 with a $400 damage deposit which is payed to the landlord. I am set up with the city for utilities and collect utilities payments from each person which range from roughly $200-$300 per month depending on the season. All three bedrooms are in the basement with large above ground windows. The 1.5 bathrooms are shared by all. The bedroom is not furnished while the rest of the house is. |
