| I'm renting a room in my small house on the main floor. Im an male 37 years old. House near First Baptist Church. Open to renting the second room on the main floor as well. The second one is a custom girls kid room though. I'm gone a lot. You would have access to the kitchen, bathroom on main floor, laundry room in basement. Not the living room. You would be responsible for snow removal when I'm gone and cutting the grass if I'm away enough to where it needs to get done before I'm home. Includes wifi and street parking. I have renovated the room and will post pictures soon. It is a small room but big enough for the basics. Double bed fits best with the rooms layout. Must be employed and would only considered a cat with non refundable pet deposit and extra per month for rent. More than one person is more a month as well. I am very picky who I allow in my house and already had someone awhile ago and helping the guy out and got screwed and took advantage of my kindest.
