| Hi, I'm a 37 year old man renting out a room in my small house on the main floor. I'm gone most of the winter. Room isn't that big and has a closet. I'm currently renovating it. Rent includes internet and laundry. You have shared use of the kitchen and bathroom with me when I'm home. (not living room) When I'm not home, you must make sure sidewalks are cleared of snow. I have a double bed that I could rent to you at $50 extra a month. Same with a 4k TV. Must be clean, quiet, mature, employed, no parties and no smoking inside.
