| Furnished main floor with furnished room for rent in our quiet house in Penbrooke Meadows. The main floor will be shared with one roommate and his well behaved dog. Owners occupy the basement suite with their dog. All utilities and wifi included. On street parking. Kitchen with basic cooking supplies. Washer and dryer located in kitchen closet. Backyard access for dog. Must be employed or in school and able to provide a reference. For a single roommate only. Everyone is on roughly a 9pm - 5am sleep schedule so no night shift or wierd work hours. June 1st move in. Earlier can be negotiated if needed. Only 1 dog, no cats.
