| Hey there! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Horizon Residence. Available September 2024-April 2025.The current apartment is a 4 bed,2 bath, however the Residence is willing to work with me to change up as needed to suit male or female in a 2 bedroom or 4 bedroom accommodation while they have the availability. Furnished apartments, onsite laundry, conveniently located. I have paid $925 damage deposit and the $925 rent for September. I am willing to eat that cost in order to have someone to take over the lease. If all is well at the end of the term, you will receive the full damage deposit back. |
