| Hi there! I am looking for a female roommate to share my 2 bed 1 bath basement suite. It is a large space with plenty natural light, a well-appointed kitchen, and tons of storage space. The suite has its own entrance, separate laundry, and street parking available. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood close to parks, shopping, and transit. You would have your own private, unfurnished bedroom. You would also have access to the spacious common areas (kitchen, living room, and bathroom). The common areas are furnished but there is also room for your furniture if you have it My ideal roommate would be a clean and quiet student or working professional, and must be OK with cats. I have one very well-behaved cat who will be hanging around in the common areas. Rent is $750/mo, which includes all utilities and wi-fi! $250 damage deposit. 6-12 month lease preferred.
