Sleep and live on your own floor walkout to pool, incls furnished living room, bedroom (angle of pic makes look narrow, its wider, come with queen bed) and private bathroom with shower in 4 level split home. Includes utilities, cable, wifi, internet, pvr cable box. Street Parking only. Roommate is expected to help as a team with snow shoveling and pool cleaning & vacuuming. Cigarette Smoking residence, I smoke in the top floor bedroom only. NO POT/DRUG USERS. Social Drinkers welcome. Swim in an inground heated saltwater pool in a beautiful large backyard in the summer. Want a roomie that will use the pool and socialize. Must love dogs, I have a 5y/o very friendly male husky and fostering a 8mo old greyhound mix. I welcome 1 medium (up to 50lbs) adult dog that gets along with large dogs, must be socialized this is a deal breaker if your dog isnt social and lunges/tries to bite my dog, up-to-date on vaccines, altered and licensed. So sorry no cats I'm allergic. Share kitchen and laundry room Roomie will be the only person living/sleeping on this floor. $1050mo, security deposit $1050. 1 Year Lease Must have proof of full-time employment outside of the home, references and if you have a dog provide vet records and city dog license. |
