Downtown Edmonton seems to be the place to be, with lots of entertainment, shops, and restaurants. Peyton Place puts you in the middle of it all, as you are within a 10-minute walk to the Rogers Place and the Ice District as well as McEwen University. The Market and the Brewery District is only a 5-minute walk, and there are many shops, restaurants as well as a couple large grocery stores to choose from. Peyton Place is in the heart of community of Oliver, which is located between Jasper Ave and 104Ave on 116St and is 1 block away from the outdoor pool at Oliver Park. It’s a perfect location for any urban dweller on a budget. At Peyton Place we have 2-bedroom suites on the 3rd floor that faces East. This suite is a corner suite with lots of light, which includes a large storage room and balcony. This suite was fully renovated from top to bottom a year ago. The renovations included, new countertops, lighting, vanities, flooring, baseboard and casing. The suites were painted throughout with Benjamin Moore Thunder Grey with a feature walls done in Metropolitan. The Stove and Fridge, which are Stainless Steel where new at the completion of the renovation. We do include all blinds for the windows and 1 parking spot, which is energized so that you are able to plug-in, your vehicle on those cold winter days. We base our rents on the square footage of the suite, the size of balcony, parking, how many appliances, as well as the extent of the renovations that has occurred to the suite which helps us factors our rents for each of suites within our properties throughout Edmonton. Peyton Place is a cat friendly building, but we do have a pet contract and a $300 non-refundable deposit per cat to be taken care of before any cat would be allowed to move in.
