| Hi, We are looking to rent a basement or any property with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom (2 bathrooms would be great). We are 3 people (my brother, his girlfriend, and I). We need a new place because the owner of our current house is selling it. I moved to Edmonton a few years ago, but my brother has been living here for around 9 years with any issue with the owner , so we are looking for a long-term place. My brother works outside the city, so he will be away most of the time and mainly needs a place to store his belongings. I work in construction and trades, so I am also out most of the day. We don’t have a car, so we need a place near a train station (no apartments, please), with all utilities included (heat,water and wifi) and furnished. If you have a property that meets these requirements, please send me a message! We don’t have a set date to leave, but we would like to find a place before the house is sold and move in around August. Thank you! |
