| Family of 5 looking for a long-term 3-4 older farm house rental near claresholm or nanton area. Steady income and kids go to school in claresholm. Looking for that farm house that sits empty on your property or a fixer upper. My husband is handy. Looking to grow a big garden in the spring and would be nice to have some chickens for eggs. But that is not a deal breaker. My husband grew up on a ranch and we have lived on an acreage before. We have our own ride on mower and try to be self sufficient. Let me know what you have available, please don't ask what I can afford let me know what you have. It's depending on location and what is available as to what I want to spend And if you have something coming up later I am in a position to wait for the right opportunity. Looking for that older farm house not looking for that brand new acerage. |
