Shared Laundry with Upstairs Big Back Yard Close to great transit 300, 301, 3, 38 house is just half block off Center st so Bus access to get downtown, to airport, to Grocery stores, to Brentwood lrt and university of Calgary NO DRUGS NO ALCOHOL NO TOBACCO SMOKING NO PARTIERS NO FRIENDS OVER - At least not at first NO STAY OVERS 420 FRIENDLY Have to smoke Cannabis outdoors only not indoors Will need to pay $775 for 1st month's rent as well as $775 for Damage Deposit. We have a couple of stand and a dresser as well a lower end tv and stand that can be placed in your room if you would like and which you can keep if you like.
